Aam Aadmi Party’s State Chief Spokesperson, MLA and former Cabinet Minister Punjab, Mr. Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, today held direct interactions with people to listen to their problems and resolve them during dialogue programs organized under the campaign “Glorious Four Years with Bhagwant Mann” in villages Jattan, Pandori (near Ramdas), Bhoewali, and wards no. 5, 7, 8, 10 and 11 of the historic town Ramdas.

Addressing these programs, Mr. Dhaliwal said that under the leadership of Punjab Chief Minister Mr. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the government has created a unique and historic record by fulfilling 100% of its election guarantees in just four years instead of five. He said that in sectors such as education, healthcare, employment, agriculture, irrigation, sports grounds, renovation of ponds, Aam Aadmi Clinics, Anganwadi centers, upgradation of streets, drains and roads, development of panchayat buildings and spaces, supply of clean drinking water in rural and urban areas, monthly social honorarium of ₹1500 to women from Dalit communities and ₹1000 to women from general category, free household essentials like sugar, tea leaves, pulses, salt and oil under the “Meri Rasoi” scheme to 4 million families, establishment of libraries, etc., the government has ensured all-round development and welfare.

He added that for a drug-free and gangster-free Punjab, historic steps have been taken towards a “Rangla Punjab” (prosperous Punjab) with the constructive role of peace-loving citizens, administration, police, rural and ward security committees, social volunteers and the judiciary. Mr. Dhaliwal appealed to the people of Punjab to strengthen the hands of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and said that the government is committed to bringing a complete transformation by ensuring economic, social, cultural progress, clean politics and accountable governance.

As an important part of this transformation, for the first time since independence, a caste-based socio-economic survey has been initiated from April 1 to ensure equal development of all communities. This survey will be kept completely confidential, and policies for inclusive development will be formulated based on the data obtained.

Highlighting the development of the historic town Ramdas, he said that gates and other development works worth about ₹7 crore are under construction at the main entry points of the town. The Primary Health Centre in Ramdas will be upgraded. He also stated that he has formally raised the demand with the Central Railway Ministry and Union Minister of State for Railways Ravneet Singh Bittu to rename Ramdas railway station after Brahm Gyani Baba Budha Sahib and to modernize it with advanced facilities.

On this occasion, Constituency Education Coordinator Advocate Amandeep Kaur Dhaliwal, Chairman Baldev Singh Babbu Chetanpura, Chairman Prithipal Singh Ghonwal, Block President Harpal Singh, Amreek Singh, Sandeep Singh and other prominent leaders, along with panchs, sarpanches, councillors, ward in-charges and a large number of volunteers were present.
