Manoj Sinha Gives Job Letter to Martyr Constable’s Wife

Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha today handed over the appointment letter, on compassionate ground, to Mst. Shabeena Bashir, wife of Constable (Photographer) Javid Mansoor Rather, of Crime Branch J&K Police, who was martyred in Nowgam's accidental blast. The Lieutenant Governor assured all possible assistance and support from the Administration to the bereaved family.
