The event, aligning with National Pharmacy Education Day, drew faculty, students, and staff to honor his enduring legacy through inspiring activities and pledges. Prof. Shailesh Sharma, the college Director, inaugurated the celebration with a poignant address, illuminating key facets of Prof. Schroff's extraordinary life.

He highlighted how Prof. Mahadeva Lal Schroff, affectionately known as the Father of Pharmacy Education in India, revolutionized the field by launching the nation's first B.Pharm program at Banaras Hindu University in 1937. Prof. Sharma recounted Schroff's authorship of 23 influential textbooks, his pivotal role in enacting the Drugs Act (1940) and Pharmacy Act (1948), and his founding of the Indian Pharmaceutical Association, which elevated pharmacy to a professional science.

In a solemn highlight, all faculty members and students collectively recited the Pharmacist Oath, vowing dedication to patient healthcare betterment, ethical practice, and public welfare. This unifying ritual underscored Prof. Schroff's vision for compassionate, quality-driven pharmacy services, inspiring the COP Bela community to uphold these standards amid NEP 2020-aligned curricula and accreditation pursuits.

The day buzzed with engaging activities organized by college clubs. Participants created thematic videos on pharmacy innovations, competed in spirited volleyball matches, and tackled online quizzes on drug history and ethics. Winners and active participants received certificates and mementos, fostering teamwork and enthusiasm.
