Bela Pharmacy Students Showcase Talent at Inter-College Youth Festival

Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujhar Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy, Bela students displayed remarkable cultural talents at the Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle's Y22outh Festival on February 20, 2026, at Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College, Sri Anandpur Sahib. 

22 students competed in poetry, speech, poster making, Gatka, turban tying, dumala tying, quiz, Gurbani recitation, and calligraphy, highlighting their artistic and heritage skills. In Dumala Tying: First and second positions in boys' and girls' categories by Simranjit Singh, Rajvir Singh, and Simranjit Kaur. 

In Gatka: First position by Manpreet Kaur. College secured overall Runner-up Trophy of the youth festival. Dr. Shailesh Sharma, College Director, expressed happiness: "These events promoted cultural heritage and student excellence among participating institutions." Manpreet Kaur and Kulwinder Singh coordinated the efforts, enabling these successes.
