Rajesh Sharma dedicates ambulance to public under CSR initiative

Deputy Commissioner Kathua Rajesh Sharma dedicated an ambulance to the people of the district today. The ambulance was donated by Kandhari Beverages, Bhagthali under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The dedication ceremony was held at the DC Office Complex.

Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner appreciated the contribution of the company and expressed gratitude for the support extended towards strengthening healthcare services in the district. The Deputy Commissioner informed that the ambulance will be stationed in Bani Sub Division and will play an important role in the timely evacuation and transportation of patients during medical emergencies, ensuring improved outreach and service delivery. 

He added that CSR partnerships significantly supplement government efforts aimed at public welfare. The ambulance will be operated by the Health Department to ensure its optimal utilisation for the benefit of patients. Management representatives from Kandhari Beverages formally handed over the keys to the Deputy Commissioner Kathua. ADC Billawar Vinay Khosla and CPO Ranjeet Thakur were also present on the occasion.
