Government land transfer approved for parking and office-cum-commercial complex for Palwal Nagar Parishad

The Haryana Cabinet, which met under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini here today, approved the proposal of Revenue & Disaster Management Department to transfer the land of Provincial Government to Municipal Council, Palwal for construction of parking place and officer-cum-commercial complex of MC, Palwal on the prevailing collector rates.

As per the proposal, the collector rate of the year 2024-25 was  Rs. 11.550 per square yards. Thus, 9944 square yards situated near SDM residence would be transferred to MC, Palwal on payment of Rs. 11,48,53,200 as per Policy dated January 19, 2021 issued by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department.
