Shiv Pratap Shukla Attends Peace Prayer Ceremony at Garli to Mark Birth Anniversary of Late Smt. Nirmala Devi

A peace prayer and sacred recitation ceremony was organised at village Garli, the native village of Hon’ble Judge of the Supreme Court of India Shri Sanjay Karol, on the birth anniversary of his late mother Smt. Nirmala Devi. Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla attended the ceremony, accompanied by Lady Governor Smt. Janaki Shukla.

Addressing the gathering, the Governor highlighted the pivotal role of a mother in shaping values and character. He said that those who imbibe the teachings and ideals imparted by their mothers attain great heights in life. Emphasising the relevance of spiritual wisdom, he added that the guidance of saints and sages provides a righteous path and strengthens one’s moral compass.

The ceremony witnessed the presence of eminent spiritual leaders, scholars and dignitaries from across the country, who participated in the prayers and recitations. The Governor appreciated the solemn and spiritually enriching atmosphere of the event and paid tributes to the memory of Smt. Nirmala Devi, noting that such occasions reaffirm timeless values of devotion, service and humility.
