Dr. Ajay Gupta inaugurated development works for the construction of streets in the Manjith Mandi area

MLA Dr. Ajay Gupta, from the Central Assembly constituency, today inaugurated development works for the construction of streets in the Manjith Mandi area of Ward No. 56. MLA Dr. Gupta stated that development works are being carried out in all wards of the Central Assembly constituency under the Punjab Government's Rangla Punjab Development Scheme. 

He stated that development works will continue uninterrupted. He added that any demands made by the traders of Amritsar city's famous Manjith Mandi are met on priority. MLA Dr. Ajay Gupta stated that most of the damaged roads in the Central Assembly constituency have been repaired. He added that due to the increasing winter, premix road construction work will be halted for three months. 

After three months, work on the remaining roads will resume.  He stated that the tendering process is underway to initiate major development projects in the Central Assembly constituency. Major development projects will be launched in the coming days.

MLA Dr. Gupta stated that all promises made to the people are being fulfilled. He stated that no development is being allowed to be lacking in all 14 wards and three Panchayat areas of the Central Assembly constituency. 

He stated that by visiting the people daily and listening to their problems, guidelines are issued to on-site officials to address them. Manjith Mandi Business Association President Anil Mehra and other officials present on the occasion thanked and honored MLA Dr. Gupta.

On this occasionCouncilor Vicky Dutta, Improvement Trust Trustee Mandeep Singh Monga, Subhash Kumar, Rishi Kapoor, Kamna Anand, Charanjit Singh, Madam Saroj, Gurdas Singh, Rakesh Kumar, Chirag Ji, Sudesh Kumar, and a large number of area residents were present.
