Governor Punjab to inaugurate CMA ‘Management day’ on 25th April

46year old, Chandigarh Management Association (CMA) is achieving new heights under the leadership of 36 years old young President Dr.Anshu Kataria. 

CMA would be organizing a ‘Management Day’ on the theme, “Industry Academia Collaboration: Challenges & Opportunities” at PHD Chamber, Sector-31, Chandigarh on 25th April’12. His Excellency Sh. Shivraj V Patil, Hon’ble Governor of Punjab & Administrator would inaugurate the function.Giving this information to media, Dr.Anshu Kataria, President, CMA & Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges said that Dr. Rajneesh Arora, Vice Chancellor, PTU shall be the Guest of Honour. Mr. Ashok Mittal, Chancellor, LPU; Mr. Dalip Sharma, Regional Director, PHD Chamber will also address the audience. It is to be mentioned that Around 10 education institutions would be honored on the Management Day.  It is to be mentioned that Chandigarh Management Association (CMA) established in 1966, is a registered society and affiliated to All India Management Association (AIMA) New Delhi which is further affiliated to world Management body. At present, CMA has more than 400 listed members from industry, Trade, Public Sector Undertakings, independent Professionals and Academia drawn from the city of Chandigarh and its adjoining Satellite townships.

The main objective of the association is to promote the development of professional management practices in the industry, trade and business in private and public sectors by cultivating an understanding and appreciation of sound management philosophies and principles, simultaneously, taking part in the initiatives for the development of the city environment.
