All broken roads and streets in the Central Assembly Constituency will be repaired expeditiously: Dr. Ajay Gupta

MLA Dr. Ajay Gupta, from the Central Assembly Constituency, today inaugurated development works to repair roads from Lahori Gate and streets in the Angad area. MLA Dr. Ajay Gupta stated that all broken roads and streets in the Central Assembly Constituency will be repaired expeditiously. 

He said that premix road construction work will continue continuously for the next month. He added that no road or street in the Central Assembly Constituency will be left incomplete. MLA Dr. Gupta stated that many streets in the Central Assembly Constituency are still unpaved, and no one paid attention to this issue previously. 

He added that the streets being constructed in the Angad area today were previously made of mud.  He said that after the residents of the area raised their concerns, the construction of the streets has begun today. He added that development work has already been approved for the construction of roads and streets in the Central Assembly constituency.

MLA Dr. Ajay Gupta stated that any development project for the Central Assembly constituency, when presented to Aam Aadmi Party Convener Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Incharge Manish Sisodia, and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is immediately approved. He added that funds have been received for the development of the Central Assembly constituency under the "Rangla Punjab Scheme," which is why development work is being initiated. 

Present on the occasion were Deputy Mayor Anita Rani's son, Tarun Veer Candy, Aam Aadmi Party Block Incharge for the Central Assembly constituency, Gurdas Singh, Manjit Singh, Rishi Kapoor, Ravinder Singh Dawar, Charanjit Singh, Vishal Gill, Rompy, Ajay Shergill, Vishva Bhatti, and a large number of area residents.
