Special Children Showcase Creativity at DAC Sangrur Exhibition
Deputy Commissioner visits exhibition and encourages the children

A one-day exhibition organized by Vishvas School for Autism, Sangrur at the District Administrative Complex (DAC), Sangrur received an overwhelming response. The exhibition featured daily-use and festive decoration items such as soaps, colourful candles, and decorative candles in glass jars, all created by special (autistic) children of the school.
Deputy Commissioner Rahul Chaba, IAS, specially visited the exhibition and encouraged the children. Interacting with them, he appreciated their creativity, enthusiasm, and artistic skills.
He said that such initiatives not only help in building the confidence of special children but also spread awareness in society about their capabilities. He also lauded the team of Vishvas School for their dedicated efforts in providing opportunities to integrate these children into the mainstream of society.
The exhibition witnessed enthusiastic participation from officers and employees of the district administration as well as visitors at the DAC complex, who supported the noble cause by purchasing the handmade items prepared by the children. The Principal and staff members of Vishvas School expressed gratitude to the district administration for extending full cooperation and providing a platform for the special children to showcase their talents.
They said that such activities play a vital role in empowering special children and helping them become self-reliant. The one-day exhibition concluded successfully, marking an inspiring step towards promoting awareness about the abilities and potential of special children.
