Haryana Government’s Minister of Sports, Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Sh. Gaurav Gautam on Sunday performed the Bhoomi Pujan for the fire station to be built in Sector-2 of Palwal, thus formally launching the project. On his arrival at the ceremony, Sports Minister Sh. Gaurav Gautam was welcomed by the Haryana Urban Development Authority and the District Administration.

On this occasion, while addressing the gathering, the Sports Minister said that this fire station, to be built on about one and a half acres in Sector-2 at a cost of around Rs 5 crore, will naturally prove beneficial in immediately controlling incidents related to fire. He said that development works are being carried out at a rapid pace. The promises made are being continuously fulfilled.

Sh. Gaurav Gautam said under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, development is taking place equally across the country and the state without any discrimination. Palwal is being developed with all necessary facilities such as health, education, and transportation.He said there will be no shortage of funds for development works. In the coming time, Palwal will be seen playing a leading role among the developed and clean cities of the country.

Sports Minister Sh. Gaurav Gautam, while appealing to the people of Palwal, said they should ensure their maximum participation in the cleanliness campaign being run by the government. He also appealed to the general public to join the cleanliness campaign and keep the city clean just like their own homes.
