Amid huge participation of people, Sheikhpora Priemier League T10 Final at Haroon Sports Stadium Shiekhpora was played on Sunday with Shiekhpora defeating Harvet team by three runs.According to the KNS reports, 29 teams participated in the tournament with Shiekhpora and Haervet making it to the finals.Huge number of people thronged the stadium on Sunday and watched the cricket amid cheers for the supporting team.Mohammad Aslam Bhat, Editor-In- Chief Kashmir News Service was the chief guest on the ocaasion.While giving away trophies to the teams, Mr Aslam highlighted the importance of sports in the life of youth. He said that the sports activities [aly the major role in making a person disciplined and ready to face challenges in life. He said that any nation that remains disciplined achieves success with the youth playing the major role.On behalf of KNS, sport kits were also distributed among the sportspersons and it was maintained that north Kashmir in the very near future is going to produce a talented cricketer who could bring laurels to his land by his skills.People lauded the role of KNS as major source of news and analysis.
