Independence Day celebrated at District Court Complex Udhampur

District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Udhampur in collaboration with the District Judiciary Udhampur, celebrated the 79th Independence Day on August 15, 2025, at the District Court Complex Udhampur. The programme commenced with a ceremonial guard of honour, followed by the hoisting of the National flag by Virinder Singh Bhou, Principal District and Sessions Judge Udhampur/Chairman DLSA Udhampur, accompanied by the singing of the national anthem. 

Kamlesh Pandit, Additional District and Sessions Judge Udhampur played a key role in organising and conducting the Independence Day celebration at the District Court Complex Udhampur. The event was attended by judicial officers, staff of the District Court Udhampur and students from Government School Udhampur. Similar celebrations were held at TLSC Chenani, Ramnagar and Majalta.
