Geelani appeals Khan, Qadri not to let situation worsen in Pakistan

While expressing his anguish and concern over the internal situation of Pakistan, Chairman Hurriyat Conference (G) Sayed Ali Geelani has appealed chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan and Awami Tahreek Tahir-ul-Qadri that they should adopt the ways of understanding and negotiation instead of hostility and confrontation and don’t allow the situation to go worse which will suite the enemies of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and which will endanger the stability and existence of this country. He said that the first preference should be given to the constitution and law of the land and all other differences can be addressed and solved with mutual understanding.
In the Saturday’s press release, Geelani said that this time Pakistan is facing many internal and external challenges. “America which is directly stationed in this country, is working under a Long-term policy to pide this country like Iraq, Sudan and Syria. On the other hand, India is busy in using its own soil and Afghanistan for the anti-Pakistan activities and is indirectly interfering into the Sindh province of this country. Some suspicious and mad people under the mask of Islam have started a war within the country against its stability and existence and who are brainwashed by the Zionist and other anti-Islam agencies. These forces have made many central Asian countries as their training centers where they dress their own people as Islamic scholars and are sent to Pakistan to disturb it internally. These are the conspiracies on the pattern of “Hassan Bin Sabah” which are misleading the illiterate and simple Muslims of the country.”Geelani said that the movements of Imran Khan and Tahir-ul-Qadri in this situation is in no way looking suitable and appropriate and their steps can only help the enemies of Pakistan to take advantage of this disturbed situations. While appealing both the leaders to revisit their decision of continuing the protest, Geelani said that the reconciliation and negotiations doesn’t degrade any person but it adds to his greatness. The rigid approach can prove very harmful for the state and the people of the state and instead of solving, it can further complicate the issues.
The patriotic people of Pakistan and Kashmir want that both the leaders should end their protest program and start a serious dialogue with the government and for making the dialogue result oriented, they can avail the service of the responsible and Islamic politicians of the Pakistan.He said that the role of Amir Jamaat-i-Islami Pakistan Siraj-ul-Haq in this regard has remained appropriate and praiseworthy and he can be included as the surety in the said dialogue. The pro-freedom leader of Kashmir said that though Pakistan is the only country in the whole world who openly supports the right to self determination of Kashmiri nation and is advocating the right to respect the aspirations and wishes of the Kashmiri people, so the Kashmiri people can nether remain irrelevant to the internal situations of this country and nor can they tolerate any damage to the stability and existence of this country. Every child of Kashmir truly loves Pakistan by the heart which they usually express. He said that it is not only the emotional attachment but it has the proper and strong reasons on its back that from the day one, Pakistan have always helped the Kashmiris freedom struggle on political, diplomatic and moral levels and if although the one part of Jammu & Kashmir is under the administration of this country but they accept the choice of the people of this region as the final settlement of this dispute.
