Peerzada visits Haj House, reviews arrangements for Hajj-2014

Minister for Hajj, Auqaf, Floriculture and Public Enterprises Peerzada Mohammad Sayeed today visited Haj House Srinagar and reviewed the arrangements put in place for Haj pilgrimage-2014 starting from August 27.The Minister inspected camps held for vaccination of the Haj pilgrims and directed the concerned for proper and timely vaccination. He was informed that a total of 1200 pilgrims have been vaccinated so far.Peerzada also went around various sections of Haj house and enquired about the facilities put in place for the Haj pilgrims. He directed the concerned for maintaining clean environment in and around the complex. 

The Minister was informed that fool proof arrangements have been made at the Haj House for pilgrims for their comfortable stay at Srinagar. He was further informed that adequate arrangements have also been made for smooth transfer of pilgrims from their place of stay to the Haj House and from there to the Airport. Besides, other arrangements, a mobile ATM have also been put in place in the Haj house premises for convenience of pilgrims, the Minister was informed. (GNS)
