SAD President Election On Sept 3RD At Amritsar

The Shiromani Akali Dal President will be elected on September 3rd in the delegate session of the party to be held at Amritsar. In a statement released from the party head office here today, the SAD Secretary and Spokesman Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema said that to elect the President and other office bearers delegate session of the party will be held on September 3rd, 2013 at Teja Singh Samundri Hall Amritsar. The SAD Patron and Punjab Chief Minister S. Parkash Singh Badal, party President and Punjab Deputy Chief Minister S. Sukhbir Singh Badal and other 445 elected delegates will participate in the delegate session.

Dr. Cheema further said that apart from Punjab, recruitment for party is carried out in Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, UttarPradesh, Uttrakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu Kashmir. Besides it delegates from the foreign countries are also included in the party. He requested all the delegates to reach in time for the session.
