"KAUSHAL DIKSHANT SAMAROH " of Government ITI Ranjit Avenue and Dayanand ITI Amritsar organized

As per the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, and the Department of Technical Education, Government of Punjab, a "KAUSHAL DIKSHANT SAMAROH" was held jointly by the Government ITI Ranjit Avenue and Dayanand ITI Amritsar. The event had the honor of the presence of Punjab Government Cabinet Minister, Shri Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, as the Chief Guest. 

Along with him, prominent industrialist Mr. Luvtesh Sachdeva, owner of Novelty Group, Market Committee Chairman of Ajnala, Mr. Jatinder Pal Singh Moti Bhatia, former councilor, and Mr. Gaurav Aggarwal, leader of the AAP party, were also present. The Minister distributed certificates to approximately 150 students who secured first, second, and third positions in their respective trades and to instructors from both institutes who had received training from Tata Strive and Siemens. 

Principal Er. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, along with the staff and students of both institutions, welcomed him and shed light on the efforts of Technical Education Minister Sh. Harjot Bains to uphold high standards in technical education. He shared that 100% of the students at this institute secure employment, and 100% admission is achieved, owing to the dedicated efforts of the hardworking staff.

The Minister reminisced about his own student days and shared that he too was a former student of Dayanand ITI and felt honored to be present. He praised the principal and staff and mentioned that he had completed the Draftsman Civil course here in 1983 and served as the student leader at the time. 

He encouraged students to work hard, emphasizing that hard work always bears fruit in life, and advised them to respect their teachers. He fondly remembered his teacher, the late Shri Santokh Singh Nagi, who was known for his strictness and commitment to instilling discipline, even going to the extent of giving strict punishments to students. 

Inspired by him, they worked even harder, achieving success in various fields. He assured the students that their hard work would not go in vain, urging them to honor their parents and teachers and to focus diligently on studies related to their trade.
