Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, lead the State in paying tributes to the former Prime Minister of India, late Shri Rajiv Gandhi by offering flowers at his statue at Sadbhawna Chowk Chhota Shimla, to mark celebration of his 69th birth Anniversary today. Chief Minister was joined by Irrigation & Public Health Minister Smt. Vidya Stokes, Agriculture Minister Shri Sujan Singh Pathania, Urban Development Minister Shri Sudhir Sharma, MLA Shri Anirudh Singh,  State Congress President Shri Sukhvinder Singh Thakur, Dy. Mayor MC Shimla Shri Tikender Panwar, Chairman HP Cooperative Bank Shri Harsh Mahajan, Vice-Chairman State Planning Board Shri G. R. Musafir, Vice Chairman State Forest Corporation Shri Kewal Singh  Pathania, President DCC Shimla Rural Shri Kehar Singh Khachi, Councilors MC Shimla, Deputy Commissioner Shimla Shri Dinesh Malhotra, Commissioner Municipal Corporation Shri Amarjeet Singh,  former Minister Shri Singhi Ram, former MLAs Shri Harshvardhan Chauhan & Shri Nikhil Rajour, and other  prominent persons and dignitaries of the town. Devotional and patriotic songs were sung by the artists of Information & Public Relations Department on the occasion to mark the birth anniversary of the former Prime Minister.
