Diviseema is obtained from the two words Deevi meaning 'island' and seema meaning 'country' or 'region' in Telugu. Diviseema (pronounced as Deeviseema) means "Region of the Island"Diviseema is located in the delta area formed at Puligadda (Avanigadda), where the Krishna River is divided into two before merging into the Bay of Bengal.

One merges in Bay of Bengal at Hamsaladeevi and the other near to Gullalamoda.It was 47 year back , this region was struck with Category 4 Cyclone . In other words on Nov. 19 1977, it was been struck with a Cyclone. About 100 villages were marooned or washed away by the cyclonic storms and ensuing floods and a total of 10,841 killed or missing and 34 lac rendered homeless.

Since 1977 , Government of Andhra pradesh has tried and some time succeeded in restoring it . From this year International Human rights organisation, Government of Andhra Pradesh is very keen to encourage tourism too by adapting villages.

We are restoring 6 Village which has been signed between Smart AP Foundation and CMAI.Asia in Delhi on 19'th September 2018 in which Shri Davinder Singh Chauhan ji Editor and Founder was also present .

After exactly 6 year after the process is getting executed & on November 18'th 2024 all the six villages will be adapted and work will be started .

On next day in other words , on November 19'th 2024 , we are coming back to Deevasema region which is only 60 km from Vijayawada. We are starting the project in my ancestral village Ghantasala. We are honouring the village as " WORLD Heritage Village" and re-start the buddist Mahaparnirvana project and Buddhist Japan tourism project also .

On the eve of Independence day , International human rights organization wishes you & Government.As per the speech given by Hon. Dy. Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The Government is keen to Increase the tourism & employment in Tourism.

International Human rights organisation is keen to Increase Tourism in the Deeviseema. In the previous letter too We had informed the planning and proposal of Mahanirvana and our Initiation is to complete by 2029

Our decision

Every year from 19.11.2024 to 19.11.2028, International human rights organisation, World book of Records will make an effort to encourage Devaseema as World class tourism

Let me give some decision which we have taken-

19.11.2024 : World Heritage Village: Ghantasala

Request the Government to change to ancient name Kantika Sila

Lord Buddha horse name was Kantika , Sila in Buddhism means Morality

19.11.2025 : World Heritage Capital City of DiviSeema: Avanigadda

Requested to Change the name to Avanichapuram

19.11.2026 : World Heritage Beach Village Hamsaladevi.

19.11.2027 : World Heritage Island Village: Nachagunta, Ellachintaladabba, Edurumondi, Bhramayyagarimola, Yesupuram.

19.11.2028 : World Buddhist Conference in Avanigadda ( Avanichapuram) with World Heritage Dance Village Kuchipudi

Film Tourism :

After the discussion and plan with our team . We also decided to encourage Film Tourism & to start " Film based on Divaseema cyclone" . The film is relationship between grand mother & grand daughter . The film name is " Buddham Sharanam Gachami" & will be shoot totally in Divaseema.

International Human Rights organisation is Non Government organization working across 50 plus countries across the world & In-corporation with United Nations.

b) It is been Informed that that on November 19'th 2024 Our Ancestral Village Ghantasala will be declared as " World Heritage Village"

c) It is requested to the Department of Tourism, Andhra Pradesh Tourism to start Amaravati - Nagarjunakonda Circuit on 19.11.2024 from Ghantasala .

2. Restoring the work of Mahaparnirvana

I) To restore the Mahaparnirvana works at Ghantasala which was been planned, designed and Launched in the year 2017 by Shri K. Mallikharjuna Rao Executive Director of AP Tourism.

It is been 7 year the work is been stopped by previous government, it is requested through u to Andhra Pradesh Tourism to re-start with new estimation of the project from 19.11.2024 & give the report to the Government & International Human Rights organisation within 3 month in other words on 18.03.2025

Re-estimation of Mahaparnirvana project in fast track is needed to execute the project in PPP model and necessary to re- start the works of the project by 19.11.2025 after Government Procedures of 7 month(18.03.2025 to 18.10.2025)

It is also requested to Andhra Pradesh Tourism and Government of Andhra Pradesh to start the execution of re-start process of Mahaparnirvana. So,that the whole project can be Completed and Launched in the year 2029

3. Eco friendly bus between AVANIGADDA and VIJAYAWADA

I) It is also requested to u to plan all Express Service RTC services from Avanigadda to Vijayawada be Eco-friendly (Electric Bus) be started from 19.11.2024. with Charging point at Avanigadda.

As been enquired by DM APSRTC , total number of to and fro buses from Avanigadda to Vijayawada is only 20 in number.

It is also requested to extend Service number 333G (Vijayawada to Ghantasala) to AVANIGADDA as 333AG & be Eco-friendly Bus for Charging purpose.

Necessary to us to declare " Avanigadda Consituency" as " Eco-friendly Consituency" by 2029. Over all Maximum 25 Bus is needed right now in Initial stage.

II) It is also requested that the bus for Deviseema Tourism and Amaravati - Nagarjunakonda Tourism be started from Avanigadda depot and Eco-friendly bus.

4. Invitees coming of this event

a) No doubt Ghantasala is my Ancestral Village, Nobody from my family members will be attending this function . They are not Invitees in this event too.

b) By Adapting Villages the responsibility does not ends , there is vast need of expansion of idealogies across the World for more expansion of Village adaptation. So, there will only 5 people who will be supporting us in our vision Non-politically

I) Dr. Nem Singh Premi: He is World Chairman of International Human Rights Organisation and looking about 50 Countries . He will be Supporting us about SDG Goal , Eco-Villages across the World for Government of Andhra Pradesh providing many Entrepreneur who wanted to adapt some more areas in Andhra Pradesh.

II) Dr. Jitendra Mitalani: He is President of World book of Records UAE. Global Ambassador of Peace . President of International Human Rights Organisation UAE. He will be Supporting " Vishwa Shanti Campaign " across the world for encouraging Tourism in Andhra Pradesh .

III) Prof. NK Goyal : Prof . NK Goyal is in the Telecom Sector. from Past 52 Year and is Called Bhishma Pitamah . He is Founder Chairman of CMAI.ASIA which has 48 MOU International Partner . He is Author and also Social Activist . He will be Supporting us in promoting " Science and Technology" in adapted Village with Government of Andhra Pradesh.

IV) Dr. Rashmi Thakur : President World Federation of Woman -SAARC. Former Brand ambassador of Handloom from Telengana State , Former Brand ambassador of Tourism Telengana. She will be associating and Supporting " Mana Gramam - Mana Abhirudhi" Campaign with Government of Andhra Pradesh .
