Students from Amar Shaheed Baba Ajit Singh Jujahr Singh Memorial College of Pharmacy (Autonomous) BELA showcased their talent and creativity at the recent competitions held at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar in celebration of International Women’s Day.
Engaging in a series of competitions including rangoli, slogan, and poster making, the students demonstrated their artistic prowess and commitment to promoting gender equality and women's empowerment.Under the guidance of the college's director, Dr. Shailesh Sharma, the students actively participated and secured notable positions in the competitions.
Dr. Sharma commended their efforts and encouraged further engagement in such events. Their commendable performance at IIT Ropar is a testament to the college's commitment to nurturing well-rounded individuals who actively contribute to societal progress and development.
The event coordinators, Professor Simran Lohat and Professor Shahenaz Kahtoon, provided invaluable support and guidance to the students, ensuring their seamless participation and success in the competitions. The students' enthusiastic involvement not only highlighted their creative talents but also served as a platform to raise awareness about pertinent issues surrounding women's rights and empowerment.

ਅਮਰ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਬਾਬਾ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੁਝਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੈਮੋਰੀਅਲ ਕਾਲਜ ਆਫ਼ ਫਾਰਮੇਸੀ (ਆਟੋਨੋਮਸ) ਬੇਲਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੇ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਕਾਰੀ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਇੰਸਟੀਚਿਊਟ ਆਫ਼ ਟੈਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ (ਆਈਆਈਟੀ) ਰੋਪੜ ਵਿਖੇ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਚਨਾਤਮਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਰੰਗੋਲੀ, ਸਲੋਗਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੋਸਟਰ ਮੇਕਿੰਗ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਲਿੰਗ ਸਮਾਨਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਲਾਤਮਕ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਕਾਲਜ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਡਾ: ਸ਼ੈਲੇਸ਼ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਨੁਮਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਹੋਏ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ 'ਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪੁਜ਼ੀਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ | ਡਾ: ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਮਾਗਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਆਈਆਈਟੀ ਰੋਪੜ ਵਿਖੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾਯੋਗ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਕਾਲਜ ਦੀ ਸਮਾਜਕ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਯੋਗਦਾਨ ਪਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣ ਹੈ।
ਈਵੈਂਟ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ, ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਲੋਹਟ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਨਾਜ਼ ਕਾਹਤੂਨ ਨੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਮੁੱਲ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਹਿਜ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਨੇ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਰਜਣਾਤਮਕ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਭਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾਗਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸਗੋਂ ਔਰਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਸ਼ਕਤੀਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਢੁਕਵੇਂ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੀ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ।

अमर शहीद बाबा अजीत सिंह जुजाहर सिंह मेमोरियल कॉलेज ऑफ फार्मेसी (स्वायत्त) बीईएलए के छात्रों ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में प्रतिष्ठित भारतीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान (आईआईटी) रोपड़ में हाल ही में आयोजित प्रतियोगिताओं में अपनी प्रतिभा और रचनात्मकता का प्रदर्शन किया। रंगोली, स्लोगन और पोस्टर मेकिंग सहित प्रतियोगिताओं की एक श्रृंखला में भाग लेते हुए, छात्रों ने लैंगिक समानता और महिला सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अपनी कलात्मक कौशल और प्रतिबद्धता का प्रदर्शन किया।
महाविद्यालय के निदेशक डॉ. शैलेश शर्मा के मार्गदर्शन में विद्यार्थियों ने प्रतियोगिताओं में बढ़-चढ़कर भाग लिया और उल्लेखनीय स्थान प्राप्त किये। डॉ. शर्मा ने उनके प्रयासों की सराहना की और ऐसे आयोजनों में और भागीदारी के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। आईआईटी रोपड़ में उनका सराहनीय प्रदर्शन सामाजिक प्रगति और विकास में सक्रिय रूप से योगदान देने वाले सर्वगुणसंपन्न व्यक्तियों को पोषित करने की कॉलेज की प्रतिबद्धता का प्रमाण है।
कार्यक्रम समन्वयक, प्रोफेसर सिमरन लोहाट और प्रोफेसर शाहनाज़ कहतून ने छात्रों को अमूल्य समर्थन और मार्गदर्शन प्रदान किया, जिससे प्रतियोगिताओं में उनकी निर्बाध भागीदारी और सफलता सुनिश्चित हुई।छात्रों की उत्साही भागीदारी ने न केवल उनकी रचनात्मक प्रतिभा को उजागर किया बल्कि महिलाओं के अधिकारों और सशक्तिकरण से जुड़े प्रासंगिक मुद्दों के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए एक मंच के रूप में भी काम किया।
