Financial support to 14110 B&OCWs paid at Kupwara

In an unwavering dedication towards the welfare of workers, the Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan was Friday presented a cheque to the tune of Rs. 6,14,36,000 covering 14110 beneficiaries by Assistant Commissioner Labour Kupwara.

The cheque was specifically earmarked for registered beneficiaries of the Jammu And Kashmir Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (JKBOCWWB), aimed at providing essential financial support for educational assistance.

This initiative mirrors the resolute commitment of the Kupwara administration, under the leadership of the Assistant Labour Commissioner, to stand by and uplift those grappling with challenging circumstances. The distribution of the amount will offer much-needed relief to individuals facing diverse hardships, ensuring they have access to the necessary resources to navigate through these trying times.
