Lok Sabha Elections-2024: DC Bandipora visits Sumbal, takes stock of poll preparedness

In view of upcoming lok sabha elections 2024, the Deputy Commissioner Bandipora Shakeel Ul Rehman visited Sumbal sub division to take stock of poll preparedness. During the visit, the DC took spot inspection of various locations.

The DC visited yatra transit camp and other adjacent locations to check accommodation facilities available there. He asked the SDM and other concerned to make all facilities available related to the election well in advance. He also directed the concerned to assure minimum basic facilities in all the polling stations. He was accompanied by SDM Sumbal and other concerned officers.
