Contingent of Kishtwar students conclude educational visit to IIT Kanpur

Students from District Kishtwar, who recently concluded an educational visit to IIT Kanpur organized by SAMAGRA Shiksha Jammu, engaged in an interactive meeting with Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav, here in his Office Chamber. Accompanied by CEO Kishtwar, Prahlad Bhagat, ACD Kishtwar, Phulail Singh and escort teachers Syed Imtiaz Ahmed (Teacher HS Sigdi Bhata) and Mir Novreena Kousar (Teacher GMS Bhata), who served as mentors throughout the visit, the students shared their insights and experiences from the tour.

DC extended heartfelt congratulations on the successful culmination of the educational tour. The interactive session allowed students to express their learnings and impressions from their visit to IIT Kanpur. During the meeting, DC Kishtwar discussed the students' brighter future prospects and explored various career avenues. 

He also shed light on the initiatives undertaken by the District Administration, in collaboration with the Education Department and other stakeholders, related to career counseling and special workshops. The session served as a platform for meaningful dialogue between students and the district administration, fostering a conducive environment for educational development and career planning.
