Haryana Home and Health Minister Sh. Anil Vij has directed the SHO of Kaithal Civil Lines Police Station to present the line for not arresting the accused in a case of cheating in Kaithal. Sh. Vij redressing the grievances to people of the state at his residence in Ambala today. 

The complainant from Kaithal informed Home Minister Anil Vij that the accused had sold his car by creating a fake registration. A case was registered under cheating and other sections at Kaithal Civil Lines Police Station last year. The complainant alleged that so far, the police have only arrested one accused in this case, while the other two accused, involved in creating fake registration and buying the car, have not been arrested. In this case, Home Minister Anil Vij immediately directed the SHO of Kaithal Civil Lines Police Station to present the line and arrest the remaining accused.

Directives to arrest an army major involved in marital misconduct

A married woman from Rewari complained to Home Minister Anil Vij that her husband, an army major, had remarried without giving her a divorce. She had filed a complaint of marital misconduct against her husband with the Rewari police. After investigation, the police registered a case of misconduct against the husband, but he has not been arrested so far. Home Minister Vij ring the Rewari SP and directed the immediate arrest of the accused major, stating, "We will not let women cry, arrest the accused immediately in this case."

Home Minister Anil Vij issues directives on other complaints

Home Minister Anil Vij also gave strict instructions to the concerned officials to take strong action on other complaints. A person from Boda Khera village complained about illegal mining in the Tangri River, and Home Minister Vij directed the enforcement bureau to take action. A woman from Kurukshetra reported her sister missing, and a family from Shahzadpur complained about a false case of assault filed against them.

Similarly, a person from Sonipat alleged someone of defrauding him of five lakh rupees on the pretext of sending his son to Canada. Home Minister Vij directed to SIT (immigration fraud) for investigation. Another person from Gurugram claimed he was cheated of two lakh rupees in the name of buying a car, a family from Bhiwani reported the non-arrest of the accused in their daughter's murder case, a family from Nuh reported the non-arrest of the accused in their son's murder case, a woman from Narayangarh complained of assault on her daughter-in-law and son, and Home Minister Anil Vij directed the relevant officials to take action on these cases.
