The identical message was tweeted in Hindi by Delhi minister Saurabh Bharadwaj two minutes later: "Got to know ED will be reaching Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's house tomorrow morning and is likely to arrest him."Several AAP leaders on Wednesday said Mr Kejriwal's house would be raided by the probe agency this morning, following which he could be arrested.

On Thursday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is expected to get a fourth summons from the Enforcement Directorate inviting him to participate in the probe into the purported excise policy case. For the third time on Wednesday, Kejriwal had declined to appear before the ED. He said that the agency's "non-disclosure and non-response approach" could not withstand the test of law, equity, or justice, and that the ED's "obstinacy" amounted to taking on the roles of juror, judge, and executioner.

Kejriwal's five-page response, which was given to the anti-money laundering agency yesterday, is currently being examined. According to the PTI story, the agency could send Kejriwal its fourth summons in accordance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
