After hearing the case on Adani Group - Hindenburg Dispute, the Hon'ble' Supreme court gives the final judgement on the case and Rejecting the SIT's investigation into the Adani-Hindenburg dispute is the Supreme Court. As reported by Live Law, the Supreme Court approved of the SEBI investigation. According to the SC, the case's facts do not support sending the investigation to the SIT or another organisation.

Chief Justice DY Chandrachud delivered the final order and the case was reserved till November 24, at which point.

What is Adani - Hindenburg Dispute?

In January of last year, the Adani group was charged with "brazen stock manipulation and accounting fraud scheme over the course of decades" by the Hindenburg report. The OCCRP then issued further accusations of market manipulation against the Adani group in September.
