NC Govt. wages war against old city youth for protesting against Israel: Alam

Coming down heavily upon the national conference government for launching another arrest spree against the Srinagar Youth during the ongoing month of Ramadan, PDP leader and candidate for old city Khaniyar Mohammad Khurshid Alam Wednesday a tirade has been started against the innocents in old City for protesting against Gaza crises.He stated further that that NC’s slogan of Amnesty is a prank through which youth are brutally bundled in jails and then NC leaders demand their release.  “The fact of the matter is that NC government's hidden face has been now unmasked by the people and the time has come when masses have understood the difference between friends and foes.”

The PDP leader maintained further that the ruling national conference didn’t even spare the youth of Srinagar for protesting against the Gaza cries. He stated that arrest spree is going on in such a way that it resembles with the times of emergency. “Night raids are being carried at the houses of youth. They are being terrorized, humiliated and tortured in such a way that even Gaza is being reminded. The drama of NC over Gaza could be exposed in old city wherein father is being detained instead of Son and brother against the brother. The law lawless has prevailed with the rights of people being suppressed in the garb of democracy,” remarked Alam.He further maintained that the present arrest spree of Youth in the old city for protesting against Israel is a clear frustration of NC  government as its ship is sinking.The PDP leader demanded that the youth must be released at an earliest so that they could spend time with their families during Shab-e-Qadr and Eid-ul-Fitr.
