Rayat Bahra University, in partnership with Innovation Mission, Punjab, hosted a one-day event, 'INNOSPIRE - Innovate Start Excel,' to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit and encourage individuals to pursue innovative business ventures. The event aimed to inspire and motivate students, faculty, and staff to unleash their entrepreneurial potential by fostering innovative business ideas.

The event kicked off with Riapreet Kour, Parsa, and Aradhana Bhatti setting the stage for the day's proceedings. Maj. Harpreet Singh, Deputy Director of the Employment Generation, Skill Development, and Training Office in Punjab, delivered an insightful address on the importance of adaptability in a rapidly changing world.

He shared valuable insights on the essential prerequisites for starting a successful business and provided guidance on navigating the entrepreneurial journey.Maj. Singh stressed the significance of fearlessness and the readiness to confront challenges as key ingredients for making a meaningful impact on the world.

He underscored the value of time, reminding attendees that opportunities are boundless and should be seized with determination. Following Maj. Singh's enlightening talk, Adhiraj Ahluwalia from Innovation Mission, Punjab, delved into the concept of entrepreneurship. He emphasized the need for business ideas to be relevant, solutions-oriented, and marketable.

Gurvinder Singh Bahra, the Chancellor of Rayat Bahra University, passionately urged students to step forward with their innovative ideas and take proactive steps toward entrepreneurship. He motivated and empowered students, emphasizing that hesitancy, fear, and introverted attitudes can hinder individual success and innovation.

Bahra highlighted the importance of applying knowledge correctly, not only for personal success but also for contributing to the nation's employment rate and overall progress.Dr. Parvinder Singh, the Vice-Chancellor of Rayat Bahra University, continued to inspire students, urging them to take the initial steps toward becoming successful entrepreneurs.
