Yes, you read that right, Diljit Dosanjh has become the first Indian artist to be followed by Spotify on Instagram. The good news came from the IG Story of Sonali Singh, Diljit’s manager who reposted the story of a fan who caught the attention of the same. She shared the screenshot of Spotify’s Instagram following list featuring Diljit Dosanjh’s account mentioned on top.

Earlier this year, Diljit became the first Punjabi and the second Indian artist to be followed by Instagram official page and now it’s another achievement with Spotify. He is just receiving what he deserves after a lot of hard work and all of that he has given in life to the Punjabi music industry by taking it globally and receiving love worldwide. 

On the workfront, Diljit Dosanjh is currently basking in the glory of success of his recently released album Ghost which is drizzling with immense love and appreciation from the fans all over the world. The album recently secured third spot on Spotify’s Top Albums Global Debut Charts and also was featured as No. 1 album on Apple iTunes and Apple Music.
