Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam starrer courtroom drama film OMG 2 which pulled the audiences to theatres in massive numbers with its release on 11 August 2023 and garnered positive responses with great commercial success at box office is now all set to entertain the digital audiences with its release on OTT platform. Yes, you read that right, OMG 2 has finally got its OTT release date as announced by Netflix by taking to their official X handle. The post revealed that the OMG 2 is soon going to be streamed on OTT platform Netflix from 8 October 2023 onwards. While sharing the poster of OMG 2, Netflix captioned it as, “We’ve got great news for you, and OMG can you tell we’re 2 excited? #OMG2 arrives 8 October, on Netflix!”

The film was released with major cuts and modifications due it being made on a crucial topic, sex education and received A Certification but the OTT version of the film will stream the uncut, uncensored scenes of the film as well. The film will hit the digital screens after almost 2 months of its theatrical release for the people who missed watching it on big screens or want to rewatch it again with a new experience at the comfort of their homes.
The film OMG 2 is sequel to 2012 film OMG! which starred Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal in lead roles. However, OMG 2 is written and directed by Amit Rai and stars Akshay Kumar, Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam in lead roles. It was released on 11 August 2023 in cinemas and proved to be a major success at box office.
