DDC Chairperson Dr. Shamshad Shan inaugurates Mushaira at Gool

Chairperson District Development Council Ramban, Dr. Shamshad Shan inaugurated a Mushaira at Dagan Top, Gool.The Mushaira was organised in Gojri, Pahari, Kashmiri languages and witnessed huge public participation.Several renowned poets participated in the Mushaira and recited their poetry which enthralled the audience.

Speaking on the occasion, the DDC Chairperson appreciated the participating poets and said that such programs are important for promotion of literature as these provide a platform for creative activities and help in the nourishment of literary persons.

She thanked all the participating poets and audiences for making the program a success. The participating poets also hailed the organizing team for organizing the events to promote literary activities.
