Independence Day, 2023 celebrations held at GDC Khansahib

The 77th Independence Day was today celebrated with gaiety and zeal at Government Degree College Khansahib.Dr. Nargis Bano, Principal of the college, hoisted the national flag and inspected guard of honour presented by the NCC cadets.

In her speech, she highlighted the role of freedom fighters in the national struggle for independence.The college students, faculty, non-teaching staff, National Cadet Corps (NCC) & other students participated in these celebrations.

On this occasion, a cultural program was organised by the college cultural committee wherein students’ participation was highly appreciated.The function concluded with the vote of thanks presented by Prof. Zafar Shadad Khan.
