Katrina Kaif & Vijay Sethupathi’s Merry Christmas Locks New Release Date, Film To Be Out In Cinemas In THIS Date Now

We have been lately seeing many Bollywood-Tollywood collaborations and as announced earlier another alliance namely, Bollywood’s diva Katrina Kaif and Tollywood’s handsome hunk Vijay Sethupathi are going to hit the cinema screens with their upcoming film ‘Merry Christmas’ whose new release date has been recently announced.
The film ‘Merry Christmas’ which was earlier scheduled to release in cinemas on 23 December 2023, ahead of the Christman weekend has now been preponed, getting a new release date 15 December 2023. The film will be out in two languages, Hindi and Tamil. Film critic Taran Adarsh also broke the news on his Twitter Handle while sharing the film’s two posters in each language.

The actors Katrina and Vijay also shared the poster on their respective Instagram handles and wrote that, “We decided to cut short the wait for the Christmas cheer!” . The duo will be sharing screen space together which has raised the bars of excitement among the audiences of both the industries ever since its announcement.
The film is being shot in Hindi and Tamil languages simultaneously with different supporting actors as Hindi film stars Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Pratima Kannan, and Tinnu Anand whereas The Tamil version of the film stars Radhika Sarathkumar, Shanmugaraja, Kevin Jay Babu, and Rajesh Williams portraying similar roles.
Child actor Pari will also be introduced with the film Merry Christmas whereas it will also have special cameo appearances of Radhika Apte and Ashwini Kalsekar.
It is a presentation by the collaboration of two big houses, Tips Films and Matchbox Pictures. The film is helmed by Sriram Raghavan and produced by Ramesh Taurani, Jaya Taurani, Sanjay Routray and Kewal Garg. It is slated to hit the big screens on 15 December 2023.
