The newly laughed social media app Instagram Threads on Thursday is taking the users by storm with its extended features where they can express their opinions and join public conversations while giving more exposure to the text rather than visuals as Instagram does. It is proving to be the rival of Twitter at its best as people are sprightly joining the Threads in massive numbers. 

As per the reports, Twitter has 400 Million followers and on the other side Threads followers surprisingly reached 10% of Twitter’s in just less than 24 hours which is spectacular and incredible. It has shown a massive number of joining in such a short period of time which is a big success in itself and people are also actively using the app while sharing their thoughts in big numbers and now threads have touched the milestone with 100 million users in just five days. 

Twitter is limiting the use of the app with its subscription policy and paid blue tick and has also limited the viewership of tweets that a person can access to in a day according to their subscriptions. Amid this, launch of Threads, which has similar use as of Twitter has impressed the public a lot and has fascinated them resulting in the joining of more and more people. 

Threads launch in more than 100 countries for iOS and Android users has been witnessed as a direct competition for Twitter as it is captivating a lot of attention from the general public to big celebrities.
