GMD penalises 4 vehicles for under billed e-challan

Geology and Mining Department Samba has imposed Rs 32000 penalty on 4 vehicles and seized a dumper for under-billed e-challan.During a routine checking, Geology and Mining Department team d found that some vehicles were running with under billed e-challan. 

Taking cognisance of the matter, the DMO Samba imposed Rs 32000 penalty on 4 vehicles on spot and seized a Dumper and handed over it to Samba police till realisation of penalty amount.He further informed that anyone found involved in illegal extraction, storage or transport shall be booked under the relevant provisions of law.
