A militant was killed while another one is still holed up in a residential house in North Kashmir’s Handwara town. According to police the encounter is still going on while all efforts are on to neutralize the surviving militant.Police sources told CNS that Army personnel from 21 RR and SOG Handwara cordoned of the house of one Alif Din at Hamlapati Rajwar Handwara on Wednesday.One militant was reportedly killed when this report was being filed while the gun fight was going on between the government forces and the surviving militant.
