Jiah Khan Suicide Case: Court To Deliver Final Verdict Tomorrow After A Decade Of Her Death

It takes years to serve justice by finding the real truth and the Jiah Khan suicide case proves this true. Jiah Khan, late actress, singer of Indian cinema who ended her life on 3 June 2013 at just the age of 25 by suicide, her case was pending from the last 10 years. But now the date has come when the final verdict will be heard. 

Yes, you heard that right, Mumbai court is likely to deliver final verdict tomorrow in the Jiah Khan suicide case after hearing all the arguments from both the sides. The special judge AS Sayyad was handed over the decision as after hearing all the final arguments on 20 April, he has finally taken the decision which he is going to pronounce as the final verdict in the court tomorrow. 

Speaking about the case, Jiah Khan was found dead by her mother Rabia Khan while she was hanging from the ceiling in her bedroom. She left a 6 pages suicide note behind in which she wrote about the issue and the reasons because of which she decided to ended her life. In the letter she mentioned her thunderous relationship with actor Sooraj Pancholi.

On the basis of letter, Jiah Khan’s mother took the case to the court to seek justice as she said it was a murder not a suicide case. Sooraj was questioned and arrested by police but soon got bail on 1 July 2013 by Bombay High Court. After this Rabia moved to Bombay High Court for seeking investigation in the case and then the case was handed over to CBI. The case was still going on for over a decade. 

But, now all the conclusions have come to an end and the date has come as tomorrow on 28 April 2023, AS Sayyed will deliver the final verdict on the Jiah Khan suicide case.
