April is going to be a busy month for both the Punjabi industry and the public with the release of nine movies. The first movie of the month Es Jahano Door Kitte Chal Jindiye starring Neeru Bajwa, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Kulwinder Billa, Jass Bajwa, Aditi Sharma and Rupinder Rupi has been released. Uday Pratap Singh’s directorial will give you many moments to appreciate whereas Jagdeep Warring has written the journey of the film.

Without giving you many spoilers but offering better details, here’s the review of Es Jahano Door Kitte Chal Jindiye. The review has enough information that will surely force you to watch it in theatres.

Story, Screenplay & Dialogues

Speaking of the movie Es Jahano Door Kitte Chal Jindiye, the plot begins during the 1988 Punjab insurgency, when Jass Bajwa’s character (Mehtab Singh) leaves his mother behind and travels to the UK to escape the situation and wishes to see her mother again. Kulwinder Billa (Teji) and Aditi Dev Sharma (Siffat) are illegal migrants in the country and look to survive for their families. Gurpreet Ghuggi and Rupinder Rupi have been settled in the UK for a long time but are not happy with the environment around them. From there, the movie will depict their journeys that became stories.

The movie is based on true events. Writer Jagdeep Warring had some promising moments, but it fell short of making them glorious. After stringing the beads of the story together, a better knot could have been put on the thread.

The screenplay is perfectly done. Though we saw back and forth in the story, it has been presented beautifully and fascinates the audience.

Dialogues given to every character had an impact and will force you to clap many times while watching the movie.

Acting

After witnessing the movie, Jass Bajwa will be a name that everyone will remember. He gave a fantastic performance as Mehtab Singh aka Jass Bajwa, displaying excellent dialogue delivery and character understanding. In his way, he has established what a true Sikh gentleman is.

Gurpreet Ghuggi and Neeru Bajwa are always a treat to watch and have ended up winning hearts again. Kulwinder Billa and Aditi Dev Sharma are just brilliant on the silver screen.

We can say that every character plays their part flawlessly. And also supported each other on big screens very neatly.

Music

Every time, the music perfectly rounded off the emotions in the film. There are six songs in the movie but the best one was Maye Ni sung by Bir Singh which just hits an emotional chord and concludes the first half of the movie on an emotional note.

Few songs were not required which ruined the pace and emotion of the film. The background score was also decent.

Overall

At last, we can say that the movie has not one but numerous elements which makes us watch Ess Jahano Door Kitte Chal Jindiye in our nearby theatres with loved ones. The movie has not only entertained us in its best possible way but also gives a moral concept.

Meanwhile, Es Jahano Door Kitte Chal Jindiye’s review is enough to guide you about its plot and notion. The film's weak conclusion and few forced songs are the reasons why the star is cut. 5 Dariya News gives it 4 out of 5 stars in all.
