Ishaan Khatter Makes His Way To Hollywood With ‘The Perfect Date’ Opposite Nicole Kidman

The ‘Dhadak’ star Ishaan Khatter is all set to make his way to Hollywood with his debut in the upcoming Netflix series ‘The Perfect Date’ opposite Nicole Kidman. 'The Perfect Couple' is the Netflix adaptation of the Elin Hilderbrand novel of the same name. Ishaan will be portraying the role of Shooter Divall, the groom's best friend in the series.
Ishaan took to his Instagram on Sunday and shared the cast announcement post revealing all the lead cast of the series ‘The Perfect Date’. He Captioned his post as, “New Beginnings”. While Netflix also shared the cast post and tweeted, “The Perfect Couple casting is actually perfect.”
The series is said to have the lead cast including Nicole Kidman, Liev Schreiber, Eve Hewson, Billy Howle, Dakota Fanning, Omar Epps, Meghann Fahy, Ishaan Khattar, Jack Reynor, Sam Nivola, Mia Isac, Donna Lynne Champlin, and Isabelle Adjani. As per the reports, the series is set to start production next week.
The official synopsis of the series is reported to say, “Amelia Sacks (Hewson) is about to marry into one of the wealthiest families on Nantucket. Her disapproving future mother-in-law, famous novelist Greer Garrison Winbury (Kidman), has spared no expense in planning what promises to be the premiere wedding of the season — until a body turns up on the beach. As secrets come to light, the stage is set for a real-life investigation that feels plucked from the pages of one of Greer’s novels. Suddenly, everyone is a suspect.”
