Shahid Kapoor’s Farzi tops the list by becoming the most viewed Indian series of all time with a total viewership of 37.1 million. The crime thriller Amazon series Farzi released on 10 February 2023, directed by The Family Man fame Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK marked the OTT debut of Shahid and south superstar Vijay Sethupathi. Along with them, Raashi Khanna, Kay Kay Menon, Regina Cassandra and Amol Palekar were seen playing lead roles. It is based on a small-town artist who gets into a con job in the series. 2) Rudra: The Edge Of Darkness
Rudra: The Edge Of Darkness is the second most watched series on OTT with a viewership of 36.2 million. The psychological crime thriller series directed by Rajesh Mapuskar was released with its first episode on 4 March 2022 on DisneyPlus Hotstar. It stars Ajay Devgn, Raashi Khanna, Esha Deol and Ashwini Kalsekar in lead roles.
3) Mirzapur Season 2
The season 2 of the popular action crime thriller series Mirzapur based on the lawless city of Mirzapur has become the third most viewed Indian series by getting 32.5 million viewership. Directed by Karan Anshuman Gurmeet Singh Mihir Desai, the series premiered on 23 October 2020 with all the episodes of the second season. It stars Pankaj Tripathi, Divyendu Sharma, Ali Fazal, Shweta Tripathi, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Rasika Dugal, Isha Talwar among others in lead roles.
4) Panchayat Season 2
The series Panchayat 2 comes on number four on the list of most viewed Indian series with a viewership of 29.6 million. The comedy drama series of Amazon Prime is directed by Deepak Kumar Mishra and stars Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta and Raghubir Yadav in lead roles. All the episodes of season two were streamed on Prime Video on 18 May 2022.

The legal drama web series ‘Criminal Justice: Behind Closed Doors’ has received rank five on the list with a total 29.16 million viewership. The DisneyPlus Hotstar series released on 24 December 2020 is directed by Rohan Sippy and Arjun Mukerjee and written by Apurva Asrani. It stars Pankaj Tripathi, Kirti Kulhari, Jisshu Sengupta and Khushboo Atre among others in lead roles.
6) The Night Manager
The Night Manager is a crime thriller series directed by Sandeep Modi and Priyanka Ghose and has been placed on number six on the list of 10 with 27.2 viewership. It premiered on DisneyPlus Hotstar on 17 February 2023. The series features Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Sobhita Dhulipala in lead roles.
