DDC Rajouri reviews progress of development projects, bunker construction

District Development Commissioner, Vikas Kundal reviewed the progress of various development projects under the District Capex initiative and payments made for the construction of bunkers in the rural development sector in a meeting held today.

Speaking to officers, the DC emphasised the need for completing projects within their stipulated time-frames to ensure that development benefits reach the people of the district.

During his review, Kundal also assessed payments made for bunker construction under the rural development sector. The government has undertaken this initiative to provide safety and security to people living in border areas, he underlined.

The DC directed officials to ensure timely payments for bunker construction and emphasised completing construction before monsoon season onset. He also urged the public to cooperate fully with district administration in implementing these important development initiatives.
