Ram Charan Shows His Desire To Play Virat Kohli

Superstar Ram Charan is basking in the glory of success of the song ‘Naatu Naatu’ from the blockbuster film ‘RRR’ which has recently won the Oscar for Best Original Song category in the 95th Academy Awards. He has been receiving lots of love and appreciation and he received a warm welcome from his fans as they surrounded him at the airport while returning to India from America on Friday morning. 

In the evening, Ram Charan attended India Today Conclave in which he was asked about a role he would love to play. On this Ram Charan said, “I would like to play anything to do with sport. It's been a long due. Maybe a sports-based film.” On being asked about playing India’s great cricket player VIrat Kohli’s biopic, he showed his desires and said, “Fantastic, he is an inspiring soul. I think given a chance, it will be fantastic as I look similar also.”

Recently, Virat Kohli’s video is also going viral on social media which is capturing everyone’s heart. In the video he can be seen doing Naatu Naatu hook step during fielding in the first ODI between India and Australia at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium. 

Earlier Vijay Deverkonda who made Bollywood debut with the film ‘Liger’ was asked about which Cricketer’s biopic he would do when he was in Dubai, watching the India and Pakistan match During the Asia cup. He showed his interest and said that since MS Dhoni’s biopic has been made already by Sushant Singh Rajput, he would love to feature in Kohli’s biopic.
