Thalapathy Vijay and Lokesh Kanagraj are soon coming up with one of the most awaited films titled ‘Leo’ as announced earlier. Bollywood’s Khalnayak, Sanjay Dutt previously joined hands and confirmed to be on board for the upcoming film. As the shoot begins in Kashmir, Sanjay Dutt got a grand welcome by the team when he joined the sets of Leo.
The makers of the film shared a glimpse of Sanjay Dutt. Speaking about the video, it shows the whole team of Leo welcoming Sanjay Dutt on the sets of Leo. Dutt received a grand welcome from everyone and he is seen hugging and iterating with Thalapathy Vijay.

Sanjay Dutt will be seen as antagonist in the film after impressing the audiences with his powerful and impactful performance in KGF. Sanjay Dutt and Thalapthy’s collaboration is said to be one of the most awaited face-offs. This film ‘Leo’ also marks the debut of Sanjay Dutt in the Tamil film industry. It is reported that the first schedule of the film is expected to be completed by the team in March.
Thalapathy Vijay who impressed the fans with his commendable work in his superhit last film ‘Master’ with Kangraj is now shooting for another much hyped film ‘Leo’ . The film has already earned Rs. 246 crores before its release from digital rights, satellite and music rights. Trisha Krishnan will be seen as the female lead in the film and she will be seen with Thalapathy on screens after 14 long years.
‘Leo’ is written and directed by Lokesh Kanagraj and is said to be based on Lokesh Kanagraj’s Cinematic Universe. Apart from Vijay, Sanjay and Trisha, Arjun Sarja, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand and Gautham Vasudev Menon and Mathew Thomas will be seen playing pivotal roles in the film.
