Sarwan Singh Phillaur, Tourism and Cultural Affairs Minister Punjab released a poetry book titled: Mehakan Phull Pattiyan written by S. Kewal Singh Nirdosh and published by Chetna Publishers Ludhiana, here today. Appreciating the poetic sensibility of the writer vividly expressed in his works, the Minister said that this was the 21st book of the great scholar and a learned author, S. Kewal Singh Nirdosh who is based in Canada.
