The upcoming movie ‘Kushi’ featuring Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Devarakonda is written and directed by Shiva Nirvana. It is a romantic comedy film scheduled to release in 2023. The shoot of the film was paused for sometime due to some health issues of Samantha.
Samantha on Wednesday shared the update from the shoot that it will resume soon. She shared it through a tweet on her twitter handle saying, “#Kushi will resume very soon .. my apologies to @TheDeverakonda fans @ShivaNirvana @MythriOfficial”

The director Shiva Nirvana also gave information for the same and shared through a tweet saying, “#Kushi regular shoot will start very soon

The makers have already completed the initial schedule of the film but the rest of the schedule was delayed due to the health conditions of the actress. But now as per the updates, the shoot will be resumed soon by the team. The film revolves around the love story of an army officer who falls in love with a Kashmiri girl.
Apart from this, Samantha is all set for her upcoming film ‘Shaakuntalam’ which is going to hit the cinema screens on 17 February 2023. The film is directed by Gunasekhar and stars Dev Mohan and Aditi Balan along with Samantha. She is also working for ‘Citadel’ opposite Varun Dhawan.
