Sewak Cheema, one of the popular music video directors of the Punjabi music industry and the man who has given hit songs like “Enquiry”, “Ishqa de Lekhe” and “PattLainge” to famous singers such as Shavi, Gurlez Akhtar, Ravneet and Raj Fatehpur along with famous Punjabi models like Ravi Kaur Bal, Aakanksha Sareen, Ashmaya Rao.
His Latest release with Shavi and Gurlez Akhtar going viral on various social media plate forms. He said, ''Music video of ''PattLainge'' was shot in a single day a on 4 different location'' and they shot 2 music video in just 2 days, that shows how much efforts they made that makes it possible, they didn't finalised the tittle of another song yet.
The video of his latest release ''Pattlainge'' is already half million views. The song has been composed sung by Shavi Sidhu while the featuring has been done by Gurlez Akhtar. The music video of this track features Karman Kaur and is directed and edited by Sewak Cheema. Song is produced by Cartel Studios and Squad Films production house.
Now, he dreams of becoming a Canadian star.He wants to gain recognition from his own culture people. And he wants them to know that by going hard on his passion as an icon in film direction, he has managed to get a lot of toeholds in Brampton.
His ardent love for music videos started when he was very young. He used to watch more than listening to other singers' music videos. Moreover, since childhood he knew that getting into direction was his destiny — the thing he wanted to get.
For his upcoming music videos with debut singer InderSran, he shares news on his Instagram page and claims to be promising audio. Sewak Cheema also revealed that they are planning to make videos in the Australia later this year.
He added, "Excited to share our new music with you all soon."And when it comes to cinematography, Sewak works with the industry's best. Regan Dadu has been the DOP for multiple projects that Sewak has directed and edited.
Sewak is a man of many talents. Not only does he Direct his own films, but he also edits them. He learned how to edit from YouTube—he says he's "very obsessed with learning."
