Probe ordered into GAIL pipeline fire

The government Friday ordered a high-level inquiry into a GAIL gas pipeline fire in Andhra Pradesh that killed 14 people.A central government team has also rushed to the site in East Godavari district to oversee relief operations.Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said he had ordered a high-level enquiry into the fire and explosion.
