It is claimed that "The Vaccine War" is a testimony to the tireless efforts and commitment of the scientific and medical communities. Given how important this topic is, particularly in the post-pandemic age, Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri spent about a year conducting research and compiling the information.

The film's story was created on 3200 pages by 82 writers, who worked on it day and night. The study team had encounters with actual scientists and those responsible for the creation of the vaccine. The movie will depict the pressure that foreign governments put on Indian experts.

The release of "The Vaccine War" is planned for August 15, 2023, the day of India's Independence. The movie is going to release in 11 languages, including Hindi, English, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, and Bengali would be available for the movie's release, according to producer Pallavi Joshi.
