Chairman District Development Council Doda Dhanantar Singh Kotwal today called upon the teachers to play their role as the Nation Builders in true spirit by imparting quality education to the young generation.

He was speaking at the annual day function of Dream Land Public High School Butla.The Chairman also emphasised the role of education in empowering the citizens. He further reminded the teacher of their duty to  imbibe the value system among the students. 

The DDC chairman stressed on the need to preserve and protect our natural heritage including rivers and also guided the students to focus on gaining skills so that in future they can provide jobs to others. The students of the School presented a scintillating cultural program featuring local folk dance and music, Kashmiri and Dogri songs and dance.   

Among others major Sameer, sarpanch Butla Parveen, Sarpanch Bhaeja Satish were present on the Occasion.
